      调查了8类、116个食用植物油样品中的苯并(a)蒽、、苯并(b)荧蒽和苯并(a)芘的污染情况。采用简单的液-液萃取法进行前处理,GC-MS/MS测定。结果表明:不同品种食用植物油多环芳烃含量差异较大;苯并(a)芘的检出率为85.34%,检出结果范围为0.59~9.75 μg/kg;4种多环芳烃总量的检出率为100%,检出结果范围为0.88~59.17 μg/kg;苯并(a)芘含量与4种多环芳烃总量成线性关系。
英文摘要:
      The contents of benzo(a)anthracene, chrysene, benzo(b)fluoranthene and benzo(a)pyrene in 116 samples of eight kinds of edible vegetable oils were surveyed. A simple liquid-liquid extraction method was used for pretreatment and GC-MS/MS was used for detection. The results showed that the contents of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in different varieties of edible vegetable oils varied greatly. The detection rate of benzo(a)pyrene was 85.34%, and the contents ranged from 0.59 μg/kg to 9.75 μg/kg. The detection rate of total contents of four kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was 100%, and the contents ranged from 0.88 μg/kg to 59.17 μg/kg. There was a linear relationship between the contents of benzo(a)pyrene and the total contents of four kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
