Radish seed oil is a kind of homology oil between medicine and food. There are lots of unsaturated fatty acids and nutrient substances in radish seed oil. Because of rich sulforaphene, it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer efficacy. The ingredient, fatty acid composition and nutritional properties of radish seed oil were reviewed, and the research status was introduced, so as to provide reference for the development and production of radish seed oil. |
