压榨植物油在生产加工过程中不加六号溶剂,但抽检时发现,有些压榨植物油会出现六号溶剂超标的检测结果。通过对不同温度加热30 min的不含溶剂残留的压榨植物油研究发现,超过120?℃加热处理的压榨植物油会检出溶剂,经GC-MS分析确证为戊烷。在实际检验工作中很容易将该烷烃类物质误认为是六号溶剂残留。 |

Pressed vegetable oil was produced by pressing without No.6 solvent, but excessively residual solvent was found in some vegetable oils. The pressed vegetable oil without No.6 solvent residue was heated for 30 min at different temperatures,and then was used to detect the residual solvent.The result showed that the solvent could be detected in the oil heated at more than 120?℃,and the solvent was confirmed as pentane by GC-MS, which was easily to be considered as No.6 solvent residual in the test. |
