Rapeseed is an important raw material of edible vegetable oil in China. Rapeseed meal is a great plant protein resource. The composition, structure, and the biological activities of anti-oxidation, antitumor, reducing blood pressure and immunity enhancement of rapeseed oligopeptide were introduced so as to provide references for further investigation and development of rapeseed oligopeptide. |
