以山茶油为原料,采用拟三元相图法优化微乳液配方并研究其稳定性。探讨助表面活性剂种类、表面活性剂与助表面活性剂质量比(Km值)和制备温度对形成微乳液的影响,通过计算并比较拟三元相图微乳区面积确定各因素的最佳值,然后采用电导率法区分山茶油微乳液类型,最后对其稳定性进行分析。结果表明,制备具有最大加水量的山茶油微乳液的最佳条件为:固定山茶油与肉豆蔻酸异丙酯(IPM)(质量比1∶?2)作油相占比34%,加水量15%,Tween80与Span80质量比4∶?1作表面活性剂,正丁醇为助表面活性剂,Km值4∶?1,混合表面活性剂与油相质量比6∶?4,制备温度25?℃。在最佳条件下,微乳液的类型为W/O型,并具有良好的热稳定性、离心稳定性、储藏稳定性、耐盐性和耐碱性。 |

Taking oil-tea camellia seed oil as raw material, the pseudoternary phase diagram method was used to optimize the formula of the microemulsion and its stability was analyzed. The pseudoternary phase diagrams of microemulsion in the presence of different co-surfactants, mass ratio of surfactant to co-surfactant (Km value) and temperatures were constructed by calculating and comparing the microemulsion area. The microemulsion type of oil-tea camellia seed oil was divided by conductivity method, finally its stability was analyzed. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of oil-tea camellia seed oil microemulsion with maximum water dosage were obtained as follows: oil phase oil-tea camellia seed oil and isopropyl myrisate(mass ratio 1∶?2) used as oil phase accouting for 34% of the system, water dosage 15%. Tween80 and Span80(mass ratio 4∶?1) used as surfactant, n-butanol as co-surfactant, Km value 4∶?1, mass ratio of mixed surfactant to oil phase 6∶?4, preparation temperature 25?℃. Under these conditions, The microemulsion obtained was a thermodynamically stable system with centrifugal stability, storage stability and salt and alkali resistance. |
