以冷榨核桃油为原料,利用尿素包合法分离纯化核桃油中亚油酸,同时以雄性昆明小鼠为试验动物,评价其降血脂功能。通过单因素试验确定分离纯化亚油酸的工艺条件为包合时间24 h、包合温度-5?℃、95%乙醇与尿素体积质量比值5、混合脂肪酸与尿素质量比值0.3,在此条件下得到的产品中亚油酸纯度为80.21%。降血脂功能评价结果表明:亚油酸具有降低高脂小鼠体重、肝重、肝脏系数及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,提高血液高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平、降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及动脉硬化指数(AI)的能力。 |

Using cold-pressed walnut oil as raw material, linoleic acid in walnut oil was separated and purified by urea adduction method, and the hypolipidemic function of linoleic acid was evaluated with Kunming male mice as experiment animal. The process conditions for separating and purifying linoleic acid were determined by single factor experiment as follows: adduction time 24 h, adduction temperature -5?℃, ratio value of 95% ethanol volume to urea mass 5, mass ratio value of mixed fatty acid to urea 03. Under these conditions, the purity of linoleic acid in the product was 80.21%.Linoleic acid could reduce body weight, liver weight and liver index of high-fat mice, also could reduce the levels of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol and arteriosclerosis index, while increase the level of high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol. |
