      在双螺旋榨油机的基础上,对榨油机结构进行设计,制作尾端反螺旋和设计榨膛缝隙,可以有效增加榨油机内压力,降低压榨饼含油率约2个百分点,效果明显;同时以油茶籽为原料,控制油茶籽含壳率40%、入榨水分7%、入榨温度40?℃为最佳,在此条件下设备运转稳定,压榨饼含油率小于4%。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of twin-screw press, the structure of the press was designed. The inner pressure in the press increased effectively by preparing reverse spiral in tail end and designing the press cage gap. The residual oil in the cake was decreased to 2%, and the effect was obvious. With oil-tea camellia seed as raw material, the optimal conditions were obtained as follows: shell content in oil-tea camellia seed 40%, material moisture 7%, pressing temperature 40?℃. Under these conditions, the residual oil in the cake was less than 4% with stable operation of equipment.
