以花生粗油脂体提取率为考察指标,采用混料设计对生物酶法提取花生油脂体时植物水解酶(纤维素酶、果胶酶和木聚糖酶)的配比进行了优化。结果表明:各因素对花生粗油脂体提取率的影响程度依次为纤维素酶复合比例>果胶酶复合比例>木聚糖酶复合比例,纤维素酶、果胶酶和木聚糖酶的最佳配比为0.63∶?0.24∶?0.13,在此配比下花生粗油脂体的提取率为47.08%±0.13%。混料设计得到复合酶的最佳配比切实可行,重复性好,且所提取的花生油脂体纯度较高,色泽清浅,加工性能较佳,具有良好的工业应用价值。 |

With the extraction rate of crude peanut oil body as investigation index, the composite enzymes(cellulase, pectinase, xylanase) ratio in bio-enzymatic extraction of peanut oil body was optimized by mixture design. The results showed that the effect of cellulase compound ratio on the crude peanut oil body extraction was the greatest, followed by pectinase compound ratio and xylanase compound ratio. The optimal compound ratio of cellulase to pectinase and xylanase was 0.63∶?0.24∶?0.13. Under the optimal ratio, the extraction rate of crude peanut oil body reached 47.08%±0.13%. The mixture design for the optimization of composite enzymes ratio was practical and repeatable. Besides, the extracted peanut oil body had higher purity, lighter color and better processability, which had highly potential application in industries. |
