以蓖麻油酸为原料,在高温下经减压蒸馏制得脱水蓖麻油酸(DCO-FA),通过单因素试验探究不同条件下产品的收率。结果表明:制备DCO-FA的最佳工艺条件为4 分子筛作催化剂,用量为2%(以蓖麻油酸的质量计),抗氧化剂1024作阻聚剂,用量为1%(以蓖麻油酸的质量计),反应温度300?℃。在最佳工艺条件下,可以制得无色透明、黏度低的产品,收率达93.77%。采用酸价、羟值、红外光谱法、紫外可见分光光度法对产品进行表征,证明反应脱水成功且产品的共轭率可达58.49%。 |

Dehydrated ricinoleic acid (DCO-FA) was obtained by distillation under reduced pressure at high temperature using ricinoleic acid as raw material. The yield of product under different preparation conditions were studied through single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of DCO-FA were obtained as follows: dosage of 4 molecular sieves used as catalyst 2%(based on the ricinoleic acid mass), dosage of antioxidant 1024 used as polymerization inhibitor 1% (based on the ricinoleic acid mass), reaction temperature 300?℃. Under the optimal conditions, the product was colorless and transparent with low viscosity, and the yield reached 93.77%. The product was characterized by acid value, hydroxyl value, infrared spectroscopy, and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The analysis results proved that the dehydration reaction was successful, and the conjugation rate of the product was up to 58.49%. |
