      以棉籽油为原料,合成环氧棉籽油,再由合成的环氧棉籽油与磷酸反应制备棉籽油多元醇。通过单因素试验考察了磷酸添加量、叔丁醇添加量、反应温度、反应时间对棉籽油多元醇性能的影响,并通过正交试验确定环氧棉籽油制备棉籽油多元醇的最佳反应条件,并对环氧棉籽油和棉籽油多元醇进行了红外光谱表征。结果表明:最佳反应条件为磷酸添加量为环氧棉籽油质量的8%、叔丁醇添加量为环氧棉籽油质量的40%、反应温度55?℃、反应时间1 h,在此条件下棉籽油多元醇羟值(KOH)为212.96 mg/g,黏度为8 700 mPa·s;红外光谱分析表明,磷酸作为开环剂可以将环氧棉籽油改性为棉籽油多元醇。

      With cottonseed oil as raw material, epoxy cottonseed oil was synthesized, then cottonseed oil polyol was prepared by reacting epoxy cottonseed oil with phosphoric acid. The effects of dosage of phosphoric acid, dosage of tert-butyl alcohol, reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of cottonseed oil polyol were investigated by single factor experiment, and the optimal conditions of preparing cottonseed oil polyol from epoxy cottonseed oil were determined by orthogonal experiment. The epoxy cottonseed oil and cottonseed oil polyol were characterized by infrared spectrum. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: dosage of phosphoric acid 8%(based on the mass of epoxy cottonseed oil), dosage of tert-butyl alcohol 40% (based on the mass of epoxy cottonseed oil), reaction temperature 55?℃, and reaction time 1 h. Under these conditions, the hydroxyl value and viscosity of the cottonseed oil polyol were 212.96 mgKOH/g and 8 700 mPa·s, respectively. The infrared spectrum analysis indicated that as a ring-opening agent, phosphoric acid could be used to modify epoxy cottonseed oil into cottonseed oil polyol.
