建立了测定粉末油脂过氧化值中油脂的提取方法。利用丙酮-水(体积比1∶?1)为溶剂,辅以超声破壁处理及加电解质后冷冻离心破乳,提油率可达70%以上。采用低温避光减压脱溶,有效避免了提取油脂过程对过氧化值结果的影响,从而可以反映粉末油脂真实质量水平。该方法提取成本低,使用低毒试剂,更为经济、环保,精密度良好,准确度较高,可应用于粉末油脂中过氧化值的测定。 |

A method for extracting oil from oil powder to determine the peroxide value was established.In the method, the oil extraction rate could reach more than 70% by using acetone-water (volume ratio 1∶?1) as solvent, assisted by ultrasonic treatment for wall breaking, adding electrolyte and freezing centrifugation for demulsification. The low temperature, light avoidance and desolventization under reduced pressure in the method could effectively avoid the influence of oil extraction process on peroxide value results, which could reflect the true quality level of oil powder. The method had the advantages of low extraction cost, low toxicity reagent, more economical, environmentally friendly, good precision and high accuracy, and could be applied in the determination of peroxide value of oil powder. |
