在GB 5009.27—2016的基础上,改进了油茶籽油中BaP检测的预处理净化方法,并对改进前后的加标回收率进行了对比。结果表明:采用正己烷稀释配制BaP标准溶液为加标液,10 mL正己烷淋洗,1 mL乙腈复溶;液相色谱条件采用InertSustain C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈0.88 mL/min、水(0.12 mL/min)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min;荧光检测器激发波长384 nm,发射波长406 nm,柱温35?℃。样品加标回收率较高,范围为91.68%~120.62%,有效地提高了检测的准确性。 |

Based on the national standard method GB 5009.27—2016, the purification conditions of pretreatment for determination of BaP in oil-tea camellia seed oil was improved, and the recovery rates before and after improvement were compared. The results showed that under the purification conditions of with BaP standard solution diluted by n-hexane as standard addition, elution with 10 mL n-hexane, redissolved with 1 mL acetonitrile, and the liquid chromatographic conditions of InertSustain C18 column separation, mobile phase acetonitrile 0.88 mL/min and water 0.12 mL/min, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, fluorescence detector excitation wavelength 384 nm, emission wavelength 406 nm and column temperature 35?℃, the BaP recovery rate was higher, in the range of 91.68%-120.62%. So the accuracy of the detection was improved effectively. |
