| 为了实现大豆制油厂溶剂库存量实时显示，更好地实现目视化管理，介绍了溶剂库存量自动化计量应用。将液位传感器信号作为高度变量，结合不同罐体结构编写了用于计算库存溶剂体积的PLC程序，然后通过体积乘以溶剂密度的方法计算实际溶剂库存量。该方法使用效果较好，能实时掌握溶剂库存量的动态变化情况，对生产的指导作用明显。 |

| In order to realize the real-time display of solvent stock in soybean oil production factory and visual management, the application of automatic measurement of solvent stock was introduced. Using the liquid level sensor signal as a height variable and combining different tank structures, the PLC program for calculating the solvent stock volume was written. Then actual solvent stock mass was calculated by multiplying the volume by the solvent density. The method had a good effect and could grasp the dynamic changes of solvent stock in real time. The guiding role for production was very obvious. |
