利用超临界CO2萃取稻米胚芽油,以萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为响应因素,稻米胚芽油萃取率为响应值,运用响应面法优化萃取条件。结果表明:最佳萃取条件为萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度40 ℃、萃取时间120 min,在此条件下稻米胚芽油萃取率为90.5%;超临界CO2萃取法得到的稻米胚芽油饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸含量分别为20.62%、38.62%、3746%,γ-谷维素和植物甾醇含量分别为(490.00±5.63)mg/100 g和(352.28±11.52)mg/100 g,生育酚和生育三烯酚总含量为(83.02±1.49)mg/100 g。 |

The rice germ oil was extracted by supercritical CO2. With extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time as the response factors, and extraction rate of rice germ oil as the response value, the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 40 ℃ and extraction time 120 min. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of rice germ oil was 905%. The contents of saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the rice germ oil extracted by supercritical CO2 were 20.62%, 38.62% and 3746% respectively. The contents of γ-oryzanol and phytosterol in rice germ oil were (490.00±563)mg/100 g and (352.28±1152)mg/100 g, respectively. The total content of tocopherol and tocotrienol was (8302±1.49)mg/100 g. |
