利用亚临界萃取法从干制黄粉虫和地鳖中提取油脂,分析比较两种油脂的酸值、皂化值、过氧化值、碘值、脂肪酸组成、维生素E含量,及其对DPPH·、ABTS+·的清除能力和还原能力。结果表明:黄粉虫和地鳖出油率分别为30.3%和14.8%;两种油脂的酸值、过氧化值均符合国家食用动物油脂的标准,脂肪酸组成及含量相近;地鳖油中维生素E含量为1.95 mg/100 g(以α-生育酚当量表示),约是黄粉虫油的8倍;地鳖油清除DPPH·和ABTS+·的IC50分别为78 mg/mL和90.17 mg/mL,质量浓度为250 mg/mL的地鳖油还原能力为0.615,均显著高于黄粉虫油(P<0.05)。综上,基于亚临界萃取法提取的地鳖油综合品质高于黄粉虫油。 |

The oils were extracted from dried Tenebrio molitor and Eupolyphage sinensis Walker by subcritical extraction method. The acid value, saponification value, peroxide value, iodine value, fatty acid composition, vitamin E content, scavenging activities on DPPH· and ABTS+·, and the reducing power of the two kinds of oil were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the oil yields of Tenebrio molitor and Eupolyphage sinensis Walker were 30.3% and 14.8% respectively , and the two kinds of oil could meet the national standards for edible animal oil. The two kinds of oils had similar fatty acid compositions and contents. The vitamin E content expressed as α-tocopherol equivalents in Eupolyphage sinensis Walker oil was 1.95 mg/100 g, which was eight times of that in Tenebrio molitor oil. The IC50 of Eupolyphage sinensis Walker oil for scavenging DPPH· and ABTS+· were 78 mg/mL and 90.17 mg/mL, and the reducing power at a mass concentration of 250 mg/mL was 0.615. All of them were significantly higher than Tenebrio molitor oil(P<0.05). In summary, the comprehensive quality of Eupolyphage sinensis Walker oil extracted by subcritical extraction method was higher than that of Tenebrio molitor oil. |
