对南宁市食用植物油中AFB1的污染现状进行分析,评估AFB1对居民造成的健康风险。按照GB 5009.22—2016的检测方法对2013—2019年南宁市525份食用植物油进行AFB1含量检测,运用暴露限值(MOE)法评估经摄入食用植物油暴露于AFB1的健康风险。结果表明:525份食用植物油中AFB1总检出率为75.0%,总超标率为26.9%;花生油中AFB1平均含量(30.6 μg/kg)、检出率(768%)、超标率(28.1%)均高于其他食用植物油;食用植物油中,超标率最高和最低的来源分别是农贸市场(31.8%)和商店(8.4%);散装花生油的AFB1平均含量(34.2 μg/kg)、检出率(816%)、超标率(31.5%)高于定型包装的;经摄入花生油暴露于AFB1的MOE是其他植物油的1/49,花生油健康风险较高;采自农贸市场的食用植物油MOE最小,采自商店的最大;定型包装花生油MOE是散装花生油的31倍,健康风险小于散装花生油。综上可知,南宁市食用植物油中AFB1检出率较高,散装花生油的健康风险较大。应加强农贸市场销售的食用植物油以及全市散装花生油的监管力度,优先做好风险管理措施。 |

By analyzing the pollution status of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)in edible vegetable oil in Nanning city, the health risk of AFB1to residents was assessed. According to the detection method of GB 5009.22—2016, the contents of AFB1 in 525 edible vegetable oils in Nanning from 2013 to 2019 were detected, and the health risk of AFB1 caused by edible vegetable oil intake was assessed by margin of exposure(MOE) approach. The results showed that the total detection rate of AFB1 in 525 edible vegetable oils was 750%, and the total exceeded rate was 26.9%. The average content(30.6 μg/kg), detection rate (76.8%)and exceeded rate(28.1%) of AFB1 in peanut oil were higher than other edible vegetable oils. The highest and lowest exceeded rates were found in farmers markets (31.8%)and stores(8.4%). The average content(34.2 μg/kg), detection rate(81.6%) and exceeded rate(31.5%) of bulk peanut oil were higher than those in packaged peanut oil. The results of exposure risk assessment showed that the MOE value of AFB1 exposure to peanut oil was 1/49 of that of other vegetable oils,so the health risk of peanut oil was higher. The MOE value of edible vegetable oil collected from farmers market was the lowest, and that from stores was the highest; the MOE value of packaged peanut oil was 31 times as high as that of bulk peanut oil, and there was a low health risk. In conclusion, the detection rate of AFB1 in edible vegetable oil in Nanning city was higher, and there was higher health risk of bulk peanut oil. It was necessary to strengthen the supervision of edible vegetable oil sold in farmers markets and bulk peanut oil in Nanning city, and gave priority to risk management measures. |
