二十碳五烯酸(EPA)是一种重要的多不饱和脂肪酸,与二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)一样,都是Omega-3长链脂肪酸家族的重要代表。大量的研究表明,EPA在调节机体生理健康方面具有多种功能作用,如调节血压、血脂和血糖,抗炎和抗氧化活性等,对动脉粥样硬化斑块因子和减肥也有一些潜在的有益作用。介绍了EPA的主要来源,从拟微球藻作为典型EPA微藻着手重点介绍了EPA微藻油的特性,阐述了EPA减少或预防血脂异常、调节血压和糖代谢、减肥、抗炎和降低抑郁症等方面的功能,提出了EPA微藻油产品开发方向,为食品、医药领域更广泛地利用EPA微藻油提供一定的理论依据。 |

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is an important polyunsaturated fatty acid. Like docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), EPA is an important representative of the omega-3 long chain fatty acid family.A large number of studies have shown that EPA has a variety of functions in regulating body physiological health, such as regulating blood pressure, blood lipid and blood sugar, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities, etc.It also has some potential beneficial effects on atherosclerotic plaque factors and weight loss.The main sources of EPA were introduced, the characteristics of EPA microalgae oil were highlighted from Nannochloropsis sp. as typical EPA microalgae, the functions of EPA in reducing or preventing dyslipidemia, regulating blood pressure and metabolism glyco, losing weight, anti-inflammatory and reducing depression were expounded, and the product development direction of EPA microalgae oil was put forward, so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the wider use of EPA microalgae oil in food and medicine fields. |
