      通过化工模拟软件Pro II,对浸出车间冷冻技术辅助矿物油吸收系统降低尾气残溶工艺进行模拟优化,并将其应用于5 000 t/d大豆浸出车间。结果表明:利用冷冻系统产生低温水,降低正己烷在尾气中的分压,可减小吸收塔的负荷。当进吸收塔尾气温度由33 ℃降低至10 ℃时,尾气总质量流量下降41.6%,尾气中正己烷的质量流量下降73.2%。降低矿物油进入吸收塔的温度,尾气残溶呈现先降低后升高的趋势,在矿物油温度为25 ℃时尾气残溶达到最低。5 000 t/d大豆浸出车间尾气冷冻系统总冷凝负荷为578 379 kJ/h,需要配置的尾气冷冻冷凝器和矿物油冷冻水板式换热器的面积分别为90 m2和15 m2。实际应用结果表明,控制吸收塔进气温度和进油温度分别为10 ℃和25 ℃,尾气残溶由改造前的3 000 mg/m3降低至800 mg/m3,尾气残溶降低73.3%。

      Through chemical simulation software Pro II, the process of reducing residual solvent in exhaust by mineral oil absorption system assisted with refrigeration technology in leaching plant was simulated and optimized, and it was used in 5 000 t/d soybean leaching plant. The results showed that the low-temperature water generated by refrigeration system could reduce the partial pressure of hexane in exhaust, which may reduce the absorber load. When the absorber inlet gas temperature reduced from 33 ℃ to 10 ℃, the total exhaust mass flowrate and hexane mass flowrate were reduced by 41.6% and 73.2%, respectively. Lowering the mineral oil temperature of absorber inlet, the residual solvent in exhaust first decreased and then increased, and reached the minimum value at 25 ℃. The total condensation load of refrigeration system of 5 000 t/d soybean leaching plant was 578 379 kJ/h, and the heat exchanging areas of vent gas condenser and mineral oil cooler were 90 m2 and 15 m2, respectively. Practical application results showed that controlling absorber gas inlet temperature 10 ℃ and mineral oil inlet temperature 25 ℃,the residual solvent in exhaust was reduced from 3 000 mg/m3 to 800 mg/m3, and residual solvent in exhaust was reduced by 73.3%
