      为了降低高温棉籽粕中游离棉酚的含量,促进其在畜禽饲料和水产饲料上的应用,总结了高温棉籽粕的生产工艺改进情况及实际生产过程中的问题及其解决方法。结合实际生产,在高温棉籽粕的生产工艺的预处理工序中调整壳仁分离和筛分工序,在光籽剥壳前增加风力清籽机、自卸式磁选器和蛛网式除尘机组等设备,调整阶梯筛各层筛网孔经,并将平面回转筛改为旋振筛,筛分后物料经软化、蒸炒和膨化工序,箱链式浸出器浸出脱脂以及控制蒸脱工序蒸汽量脱溶,保证高温棉籽粕产品的质量,同时控制膨化进料水分在9%~10%,建立提前质量预警机制。经工艺改进后,高温棉籽粕的游离棉酚含量可稳定控制在800 mg/kg以下,产品质量得到明显提高。

      In order to reduce the content of free gossypol of high-temperature cottonseed meal and promote its application in livestock and poultry feed and aquafeed, the improvement of the production process of high-temperature cottonseed meal and the problem and its solution in the actual production process were introduced. Combined with the actual production, in the high-temperature cottonseed meal production process of the pretreatment process shell-kernel separation and screening process was adjusted, before the bare seed shelling adding wind power seed cleaning machine, self-unloading magnetic separator and spider mesh dust removal unit and other equipments, and adjusting the mesh size of riffle screen, using rotary vibration sieve stead of plane rotary sieve, and after screening, the material was softened, stir-fried and extruded, then defatted by box-chain extractor as well as removed solvent by controlling of the steam to ensure the quality of the high-temperature cottonseed meal. In addition, the feed moisture of extruding was controlled at 9%-10%, and an early quality warning mechanism was established. After the improvement of the process, the content of free gossypol in high-temperature cottonseed meal can be stably controlled below 800 mg/kg, and the quality of the product has been significantly improved.
