| 旨在为山茱萸籽油的开发利用提供参考,对亚临界提取的山茱萸籽油的脂肪酸组成,以及植物甾醇、生育酚、角鲨烯含量进行了测定,并与牡丹籽油、沙棘籽油两种功能性食用植物油进行了比较。结果表明:山茱萸籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量高达91.79%,其中亚油酸含量最高,为73.41%,高于牡丹籽油和沙棘籽油中的亚油酸含量;山茱萸籽油富含植物甾醇,含量为450.0 mg/100 g,含有牡丹籽油、沙棘籽油中均不含的Δ5,24-豆甾二烯醇;山茱萸籽油的生育酚含量为68.95 mg/100 g,介于牡丹籽油(36.40 mg/100 g)和沙棘籽油(197.35 mg/100 g)之间;山茱萸籽油的α-生育酚含量最高,为60.31 mg/100 g,占比达 87.47%;山茱萸籽油的角鲨烯含量为4.89 mg/100 g,介于沙棘籽油(2.05 mg/100 g)和牡丹籽油(5.76 mg/100 g)之间。综上,山茱萸籽油营养价值较高,是一种极具推广与开发价值的优质膳食植物油。 |

| In order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of cornus seed oil, the fatty acid composition, and the contents of phytosterol, tocopherol and squalene of cornus seed oil extracted by subcritical fluid were determined and compared with those of two other functional edible vegetable oils, namely, peony seed oil and sea buckthorn seed oil. The results showed that the unsaturated fatty acid content in cornus seed oil was as high as 91.79%, with linoleic acid being the most abundant at 7341%, higher than that in peony seed oil and sea buckthorn seed oil. The cornus seed oil was rich in phytosterol, with a content of 450.0 mg/100 g, and contained Δ5,24-stigmastadienol, which was not present in peony seed oil and sea buckthorn seed oil. The tocopherol content in cornus seed oil was 6895 mg/100 g, intermediate between that of peony seed oil (36.40 mg/100 g) and sea buckthorn seed oil (197.35 mg/100 g). The α-tocopherol content in cornus seed oil was the highest, at 6031mg/100 g, accounting for 87.47% of the total tocopherols. The squalene content in cornus seed oil was 4.89 mg/100 g, falling between that of sea buckthorn seed oil (2.05 mg/100 g) and peony seed oil (5.76 mg/100 g). In conclusion, cornus seed oil has high nutritional value and is a high-quality dietary vegetable oil with significant potential for promotion and development. |
