      为降低植物油加工企业的生产能耗(尤其是蒸汽消耗),提升其经济效益,对大豆膨化预处理工序的热量回收工艺、有关设备结构配置及性能特点进行了详细说明,对膨化预处理工序热量回收利用进行了分析,并以3 000 t/d大豆膨化预处理工序为例,进行了热量回收计算及效益分析。结果表明:增加节能干燥器、自控电动风门、捕集器、水气换热器、液封污水收集器、热气回收风机、自控三通阀、高低浮球液位计、热水循环泵、热水循环罐等设备及用件,可以实现物料从膨化机出口到节能干燥器卸料口所释放热量的回收利用,增加板式气气换热器可以实现物料在翻板冷干机释放热量的回收利用;3 000 t/d大豆膨化预处理工序,每月可增收约103.39万元,减少CO2排放量约949.68 t。综上,对大豆膨化预处理工序的热量进行回收利用,可节约蒸汽消耗,为企业带来一定的经济效益。

      In order to reduce the production energy consumption (especially steam consumption) of vegetable oil processing enterprises and improve their economic benefits, the heat recovery process, structural configuration and performance characteristics of related equipment in the soybean extrusion pretreatment process were elaborated in detail. The heat recovery and utilization of the extrusion pretreatment process were analyzed. Taking the 3 000 t/d soybean extrusion pretreatment process as an example, the heat utilization calculation and benefit analysis were carried out. The results showed that by adding energy-saving dryer, self-controlled electric damper, catcher, water-steam heat exchanger, liquid-sealed sewage collector, hot air recovery fan, self-controlled three-way valve, high and low float level gauge, hot water circulation pump, hot water circulation tank, the heat released from the material from the outlet of the extruder to the discharge outlet of the energy-saving dryer could be recovered and utilized. Additionally, the installation of a plate-type air-air heat exchanger could enable the recovery of heat released from the material in the flap plate refrigerated dryer. For a 3 000 t/d soybean extrusion pretreatment process, the monthly revenue could be increased by approximately 1033 9 million yuan, and the CO2 emissions could be reduced by about 949.68 t. In conclusion, the recovery and utilization of heat in the soybean extrusion pretreatment process can save steam consumption and bring certain economic benefits to enterprises.
