| 为降低大豆用锥底筒仓清仓风险,提高清仓效率,对大豆板结类型进行了介绍,总结了不同种类进口大豆的特点及自流结束后在锥底的余量,并在人工清仓技术的基础上,提出一种新型清仓技术。大豆板结程度分为正常、一般和严重,同等条件下,巴西大豆在筒仓锥体板结和挂壁现象更严重。新型清仓技术采用防爆吊篮及吊装机、“天眼”实时监测系统、复杂气体实时监测设备、谷冷风机和出风筒等措施,作业人员从仓顶进入,在挂壁的情况下,可采取充填技术,在粮面即可开展挂壁物料的清理。采用新型清仓技术,可有效避免粮堆坍塌和掩埋事故的发生,且清仓效率提升30%以上,具有安全、稳定、高效的特点。 |

| To reduce the risks associated with cleaning soybean in cone bottom silo and improve the clearance efficiency, the soybean caking types were introduced, the characteristics of different imported soybean varieties and the residual amounts in cone bottom after gravity discharge were summarized, and a new clearance technology based on traditional manual methods was proposed. Soybean caking severity is categorized as normal, moderate, and severe. Under identical conditions, soybean from Brazil exhibits more pronounced caking and wall-adhesion in the silo cone. The new clearance technology integrates explosion-proof baskets and hoists, "Sky Eye" real-time monitoring system, complex gas detectors, grain coolers, and air ducts. Operators enter from the silo top and employ filling techniques to safely remove wall-adhered materials from the grain surface. The new clearance technology effectively prevents grain collapse and burial accidents while improving cleaning efficiency by over 30%, demonstrating safety, stability, and high performance. |
