| 为进一步优化四川省油菜生产区域布局以及为推动油菜产业发展提供参考,运用比较优势指数法和资源禀赋优势指数法,系统分析2001—2021年四川省五大农业区域生产布局变化特征,运用时间序列分析方法,预测2024—2026年四川省油菜生产发展趋势,并结合五大农业区域的特点提出发展建议。结果表明: 2001—2021年,丘陵地区是四川省第一大油菜产区,2021年生产规模指数和生产集中度指数分别达到67.99%和71.49%;成都平原区生产效率指数和资源禀赋优势指数均最高,但生产地位不断下降;盆周山区生产规模指数和生产集中度指数缓慢上升,至2021年与成都平原区无明显差别;川西南山地区和高原山地区对全省油菜生产贡献度较小。预测2024—2026年四川省油菜生产潜力进一步发挥,2026年油菜种植面积和油菜籽总产量较2021年分别增加10.34%和1480%;未来全省油菜种植面积的增加主要来自丘陵地区和盆周山区,油菜籽总产量的增加主要来自丘陵地区、盆周山区和成都平原区。四川省油菜增产途径主要在于扩大五大农业区域的油菜种植面积,同步提高高原山地区和川西南山地区的单产水平,可根据不同区域特点采用不同的发展模式促进当地油菜产业发展。 |

| To provide a reference for further optimizing the regional layout of rapeseed production and promoting rapeseed industrial development in Sichuan Province, the characteristics of production layout changes of the five major agricultural regions in Sichuan Province from 2001 to 2021 were systematically analyzed using the comparative advantage index method and the resource endowment advantage index method. Time series analysis was used to predict the development trend of rapeseed production in Sichuan Province from 2024 to 2026. The development suggestions were proposed based on the characteristics of the five major agricultural regions. The results showed that from 2001 to 2021, the hilly region was the largest rapeseed production area in Sichuan Province. In 2021, its production scale index and production concentration index reached 67.99% and 71.49%, respectively. The Chengdu Plain region had the highest production efficiency index and resource endowment advantage index, but its production status continuously declined. The production scale index and production concentration index of the basin peripheral mountain region increased slowly, showing no significant difference from the Chengdu Plain region by 2021. The contributions of the southwestern Sichuan mountain region and the plateau mountain region to the province′s total rapeseed production were relatively small. Predictions for 2024-2026 indicated that the production potential of rapeseed in Sichuan Province would be further realized. By 2026, the sown area and total production of rapeseed were projected to increase by 10.34% and 14.80%, respectively, compared to 2021. The future increase in rapeseed sown area in Sichuan Province primarily both came from the hilly region and the basin peripheral mountain region and the increase in rapeseed total production came from the hilly region, basin peripheral mountain region and Chengdu Plain region. The pathway for increasing rapeseed production in Sichuan primarily depends on expanding the planted area across all five major agricultural regions, while simultaneously increasing the yield per unit area in the plateau mountain region and the southwestern Sichuan mountain region,and different development models can be adopted based on the characteristics of different regions to promote the development of local rapeseed industry. |
