| 为提升铁核桃油的品质,采用浸出、超声波辅助浸出和微波辅助浸出3种浸出方式提取铁核桃油,分析了不同浸出方式对铁核桃油理化指标、脂肪酸组成、生育酚和总酚含量以及抗氧化能力的影响。采用主成分分析对不同浸出方式制备的铁核桃油进行综合评价,筛选最佳的浸出方式,并在此基础上采用单因素实验和正交实验对铁核桃油的最佳浸出方式工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:3种浸出方式对铁核桃油理化指标和脂肪酸组成总体影响较小,微波辅助浸出法在提高油脂总酚含量和抗氧化能力方面表现最佳,综合评分最高;微波辅助浸出法提取铁核桃油的最佳工艺条件为提取次数3次、料液比1∶ 8、提取温度60 ℃、提取时间2 h,在此条件下铁核桃油得率可达66.64%。综上,微波辅助浸出法可实现对铁核桃油的高效提取,且所得油脂品质较好。 |

| In order to improve the quality of Juglans sigillata oil, the Juglans sigillata oil was extracted by solvent extraction method, ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction method and microwave-assisted solvent extraction method, and the influence of different extraction methods on the physicochemical indicators, fatty acid composition, contents of tocopherols and total phenols, and antioxidant capacity of Juglans sigillata oil was analyzed. The Juglans sigillata oils prepared by different extraction methods were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis, and the optimal extraction method was selected. Based on this, the extraction conditions of Juglans sigillata oil with the optimal extraction method were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the effects of the three extraction methods on the physicochemical indicators and fatty acid composition of Juglans sigillata oil were overall small, and the microwave-assisted solvent extraction method demonstrated the best performance in enhancing the total phenols content and antioxidant capacity of the oil, and it had the highest comprehensive score. The optimal process conditions for microwave-assisted solvent extraction of Juglans sigillata oil were obtained as follows: extraction times 3, material-to-solvent ratio 1∶ 8, extraction temperature 60 ℃, and extraction time 2 h. Under these conditions, the yield of Juglans sigillata oil reached 66.64%. In conclusion, microwave-assisted solvent extraction method can achieve efficient extraction of Juglans sigillata oil, and the oil quality is good. |
