| 旨在为新型润滑油基础油及润滑添加剂的开发提供借鉴,总结了不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的润滑性能、不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的分子修饰工艺及其润滑性能,以及不饱和脂肪酸甲酯分子修饰产物环氧脂肪酸甲酯的进一步分子修饰及其润滑性能,并对新型润滑剂的开发方向进行了展望。不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的润滑性能与其分子中碳碳双键数目有关,碳碳双键数目的增多有利于提高其润滑性能。不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的分子修饰主要有氢甲酰化、支链化和环氧化,而环氧脂肪酸甲酯的进一步分子修饰包括其与脂肪醇、脂肪酸及酸酐的进一步反应。上述工艺路线获得的产品其润滑性能相比于不饱和脂肪酸甲酯均有明显提高。以不饱和脂肪酸甲酯为原料探索新的绿色化学反应体系是未来新型润滑产品的研究方向。 |

| To provide references for the development of novel lubricant base oils and lubricant additives, the lubricating performance of unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters, the molecular modification processes of unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters and their lubricating performance, as well as the further molecular modifications of epoxidized fatty acid methyl esters (derived from unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters) and their lubricating performance were introduced. In addition, the development direction of novel lubricants was prospected. The lubricating performance of unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters is related to the number of carbon-carbon double bonds in their molecules. An increase in the number of carbon-carbon double bonds contributes to the improvement of their lubricating performance. The primary molecular modifications of unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters include hydroformylation, branching, and epoxidation, while further molecular modifications of epoxidized fatty acid methyl esters involve reactions with fatty alcohols, fatty acids, and anhydrides. The products obtained through above processes exhibit significantly enhanced lubricating performance compared to unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters. Exploring new green chemical reaction systems using unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters as raw materials is a promising research direction for the development of novel lubricant products in the future. |
