| 为了推动油茶果初加工技术装备的智能化、标准化和绿色化发展,系统分析了油茶果初加工技术装备的现状,提出了油茶果初加工新型作业模式及其技术装备研发建议。油茶果初加工包括油茶鲜果的堆沤、晾晒、脱壳,以及油茶籽的干燥、存储等环节。现有油茶果初加工技术装备存在关键环节装备短缺、自动化程度低等问题。为此,提出了采用智能化堆沤和机械化脱壳(省去晾晒过程)、增加鲜果保鲜仓储环节(应对油茶鲜果产量激增问题)的油茶果初加工新型作业模式。为提高作业效率,保障油茶籽油品质,未来应重点研发智能化堆沤调控装备,全面市场化推进油茶果脱壳清选设备,借鉴粮食烘干、仓储原理,研发适用于油茶籽的专用烘干、仓储装备,同时研发油茶鲜果保鲜仓储装备。 |

| In order to promote the intelligent, standardized, and green development of the primary processing technology and equipment for Camellia oleifera fruit, the status of the primary processing technology and equipment for Camellia oleifera fruit was systematically analyzed. A new type of operation mode and research suggestion on the relevant technological equipment in the primary processing of Camellia oleifera fruit were proposed. The primary processing of Camellia oleifera fruit includes processes such as piling and fermenting, sun-dring, and shelling of fresh Camellia oleifera fruit, as well as drying and storage of Camellia oleifera seeds. The existing problems in primary processing technology and equipment for Camellia oleifera fruit include a shortage of key equipment, and low levels of automation. To address these challenges, a new type of operation mode for Camellia oleifera fruit including intelligent pile-fermentation and mechanized shelling (eliminating the sun-drying process) and the addition of a fresh fruit preservation and storage link (to cope with the sharp increase in the yield of fresh Camellia oleifera fruit) was put forward. To improve operational efficiency and ensure the quality of Camellia oleifera seed oil, future efforts should focus on the development of intelligent pile-fermentation control equipment, the comprehensive market promotion of Camellia oleifera fruit shelling and cleaning equipment, the development of specialized drying and storage equipment for Camellia oleifera seeds based on the principles of grain drying and storage, and the development of fresh fruit preservation and storage equipment. |
