      为推动江西省黑芝麻产业高质量发展,基于黑芝麻产业发展现状、发展机遇双重视角分析了江西省黑芝麻产业的发展现状,从全产业链角度分析了江西省黑芝麻产业高质量发展的制约瓶颈,并提出推动江西省黑芝麻产业高质量发展的对策建议。江西省黑芝麻产业呈现优良品质名声在外、种植产区集中、加工产品种类丰富以及消费需求持续增长、产量品质优势明显、生产技术取得突破等特点,江西省黑芝麻产业高质量发展主要存在生产环节存在痛点影响黑芝麻产业做大做强,加工环节存在堵点影响黑芝麻产业做优做精,市场环节存在难点影响黑芝麻产业做深做透等问题。为此,提出了加大科技支撑以做大江西省黑芝麻产业体量,延长产业链条以做优江西省黑芝麻产业结构,加大品牌投入以做强江西省黑芝麻产业影响力等建议。

      To advance the high-quality development of black sesame industry in Jiangxi Province, based on a dual perspective analyzing both the development status and growth opportunities within the sector, the development status of Jiangxi black sesame industry was analyzed. From a full industrial chain perspective, the bottlenecks of the high-quality development of Jiangxi black sesame industry was analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions to promote its high-quality development were proposed. Jiangxi black sesame industry is characterised by its reputation for superior quality, concentrated cultivation areas, diverse processed products, sustained growth in consumer demand, distinct advantages in yield and quality, and breakthroughs in production techniques. However, the high-quality development of Jiangxi black sesame industry faces several challenges: pain points in the production process hinder its expansion and strengthening; bottlenecks in processing impede refinement and excellence; difficulties in the market segment restrict its depth and penetration. To this end, it is proposed to enhance scientific and technological support to expand the scale of Jiangxi black sesame industry, extend its industrial chain to optimise its industrial structure, increase investment in brand to strengthen its influence.
