| 旨在为合理开发利用陇南市核桃种质资源,推进不同用途核桃良种选择和定向育种提供理论依据,以陇南市19个核桃优良品种(系)为研究对象,对核桃坚果表观性状和核仁内在品质共25个指标进行测定,对比分析核桃果实品质差异,进行相关性分析,并运用主成分分析、聚类分析进行综合评价。结果表明:陇南市不同核桃品种(系)的坚果表观性状和核仁内在品质存在着较为丰富的变异,表观性状变异系数在7.19%~22.10%之间,核仁内在品质变异系数在0.91%~35.76%之间;相关性分析表明,核桃果实品质指标之间具有一定相关性;通过主成分分析得到综合评价得分排名前五的品种(系)为大泡核桃、陇乌仁2号、陇乌仁1号、陇文2号、隆兴优系,建议在陇南市大面积推广种植;通过聚类分析将陇南市19个核桃优良品种(系)分为5大类,综合考虑其果实品质特点和生产实际,将各类核桃分别推荐为休闲坚果用核桃〔11个品种(系)〕、鲜食核桃〔3个品种(系)〕、高品质油用核桃〔2个品种(系)〕、油用核桃〔2个品种(系)〕、仁用核桃〔1个品种(系)〕。综上,陇南市核桃种质资源多样,可根据不同品种(系)品质特点进行合理开发利用。 |

| To provide a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of walnut germplasm resources in Longnan City and to promote the selection of walnut varieties for different purposes and the implementation of targeted breeding,a total of 25 indicators related to the appearance trait of walnuts and the intrinsic quality of the kernels were measured for 19 superior walnut varieties (strains) in Longnan City. The differences in walnut fruit quality were compared and analyzed, correlation analysis was conducted and comprehensive evaluations were conducted using principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that there was a relatively rich variation in the appearance trait of walnuts and the intrinsic quality of the kernels among different walnut varieties (strains) in Longnan City, with the coefficient of variation for appearance trait ranging from 7.19% to 22.10% and that for kernel intrinsic quality ranging from 0.91% to 35.76%. Correlation analysis indicated that there were certain correlations among the fruit quality indicators. The top five varieties (strains) in terms of comprehensive evaluation scores obtained through principal component analysis were Dapao walnut, Longwuren No.2 walnut, Longwuren No.1 walnut, Longwen No.2 walnut, and Longxingyouxi walnut, which were recommended for large-scale planting in Longnan City. Cluster analysis divided the 19 superior walnut varieties (strains) in Longnan City into five major categories. Considering the characteristics of fruit quality and practical production needs, the walnuts in each category were respectively recommended as: walnuts for leisure snacks (11 varieties (strains)), fresh - eating walnuts (3 varieties (strains)), high - quality oil - producing walnuts (2 varieties (strains)), oil - producing walnuts (2 varieties (strains)), and kernel - producing walnuts (1 variety (strain)). In conclusion,the walnut germplasm resources in Longnan City are diverse and can be rationally developed and utilized according to the quality characteristics of different varieties (strains). |
