      旨在介绍一种科学的设备管理模式,以提高大豆压榨厂设备的可靠性,保证其稳定运行。以日加工量2 500 t的大豆压榨厂设备为例,阐述了其设备可靠性维修策略的制定、工作流程标准化以及实践成效。通过故障后影响程度将设备分级,将分级设备再分解成零部件,根据零部件的故障表现、故障后严重程度制定不同的可靠性维修策略,可靠性维修的重点在预测性维修、预防性维修和操作工点检。通过开发大豆压榨厂设备的可靠性维修管理软件,促使工作流程标准化。采用可靠性维修设备管理模式后,相比2021年,2022年、2023年和2024年我司的设备维修成本分别降低384、284、836万元,设备故障率降低0.8百分点以上。综上,可靠性维修可提高大豆压榨厂的设备稳定性。

      Aiming to introduce a scientific equipment management mode for improving the reliability of equipment, and ensure its stable operation in soybean crushing plant,taking a soybean crushing plant with a daily processing capacity of 2 500 t as an example, the reliability centered maintenance (RCM)strategy planning, workflow standardization, and practical effectiveness were elaborated. The methodology involves classifying equipment based on the criticality of failure impacts, further breaking down the classified equipment into components, and formulating RCM strategies based on the performance of components failures and the severity of their consequences. The focus of RCM is on predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and operator care.Developing RCM software for the equipment of soybean crushing plant can standardize the workflow.Following the implementation of this RCM model,equipment maintenance costs decreased in 2022, 2023 and 2024, with reductions of RMB 384 million, 2.84 million, and 8.36 million, respectively, compared to 2021.Concurrently, the equipment failure rate reduced by over 0.8 percentage points.Overall, RCM has played a positive role in ensuring the stable operation of equipment in soybean crushing plant.
