      旨在为高产能、高质量棉籽浓缩蛋白生产线改造提供参考依据,对影响产品粗蛋白质含量的仁壳筛分工艺进行了探讨,重点介绍了目前生产中常用的两种棉籽剥壳机——双对齿辊剥壳机和刀板剥壳机的工作原理和特点、棉籽仁壳筛分工艺,并对两种棉籽剥壳机筛分工艺参数和效果进行了对比。两种剥壳机在生产棉籽浓缩蛋白的仁壳筛分工艺中各有长处,刀板剥壳机剥壳后整仁率和成品棉仁含壳率均优于双对齿辊剥壳机,而双对齿辊剥壳机筛分后的棉壳含仁率总体优于刀板剥壳机。实际生产中,为了兼顾产能和产品得率,可将刀板剥壳机作为头道剥壳机,双对齿辊剥壳机用作回料剥壳机,搭配使用。

      To provide a reference for the upgrading of high-capacity and high-quality cottonseed protein concentrate production lines, the kernel shell separation process affecting the crude protein content of the product was discussed, and the working principles and characteristics of two commonly used cottonseed hullers in production—the double-toothed roller huller and the bar huller, as well as the kernel shell separation process were described. In addition, the process parameters and effectiveness of the two hullers were compared. Both hullers exhibited advantages in the kernel shell separation process for cottonseed protein concentrate production. The bar huller demonstrated superior perfect whole kernel rate and hull rate in kernel compared to the double-toothed roller huller, while the double-toothed roller huller generally achieved a lower kernel rate in hull after screening. In practical production, to balance capacity and product yield, the bar huller can be employed as the primary huller, with the double-toothed roller huller used for reprocessing, achieving optimal performance through combined operation.
