      为进一步促进白池花籽油在日化领域中的应用,以白池花籽为原料,采用单因素试验和响应面试验对超临界CO2萃取白池花籽油的工艺条件进行优化,对白池花籽油的理化指标进行检测,并对其基础功效进行评价。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取白池花籽油的最优工艺参数为原料过筛目数60目(孔径0.25 mm)、CO2流量25 L/h、萃取压力43 MPa、萃取温度47 ℃、萃取时间71 min,在此条件下白池花籽油的萃取率达到98.60%,且酸值、过氧化值等理化指标良好。基于HaCaT细胞水平的研究结果表明, 低浓度(体积分数0.1%~10%)白池花籽油无细胞毒性,其中0.5%白池花籽油能够显著促进细胞迁移(24 h)和AQP3基因表达。 综上,白池花籽油具有修护和保湿功效,可作为化妆品基础原料。

      To further promote the application of meadowfoam seed oil in the daily chemical industry, the meadowfoam seed was used as raw material, and single-factor experiments and response surface methodology were employed to optimize the supercritical CO2 extraction process of meadowfoam seed oil. The physicochemical indexes and basic efficacy of the extracted oil were also evaluated. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were as follows: raw material sieved through 60 meshes(diameter 0.25 mm), CO2 flow rate 25 L/h, extraction pressure 43 MPa, extraction temperature 47 ℃, and extraction time 71 min. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of meadowfoam seed oil reached 98.60%, with favorable physicochemical indexes such as acid value and peroxide value. HaCaT cell-based studies revealed that low concentrations (volume fraction 0.1%-10%) of meadowfoam seed oil exhibited no cytotoxicity. Specifically, 0.5% meadowfoam seed oil significantly promoted cell migration (24 h) and AQP3 gene expression. In conclusion, meadowfoam seed oil has repairing and moisturizing effects, and can be used as a cosmetic base ingredient.
