| The perforated plate jacket for desolventizer-toaster belongs to a tubular stayed flat circular plate structure, while the content related to stayed structures in GB/T 150-2024 Pressure vessels is relatively limited. In order to provide a reference for the application of stayed structures in engineering design, the structure of perforated plate jacket for desolventizer-toaster was introduced and designed. The structural strength of stayed structure and the U-shaped sealing plate were calculated and validated through finite element stress analysis.The perforated plate jacket for desolventizer-toaster mainly consisted of an upper panel, a lower panel, tubular supports (stay tubes), the main body, and U-shaped sealing plate. Calculations for the stayed structure and U-shaped sealing plate could be performed using the SW6-2011 software, which employed an equivalent circle method for irregular support arrangements, supplemented by manual calculations. The results of the finite element stress analysis demonstrated that the calculation methods for the stayed structure and U-shaped sealing plate were reasonable. In conclusion, by adopting corresponding design methods, the structure of perforated plate jacket for desolventizer-toaster can be designed. |
