| 旨在为蟾蜍油的临床应用提供科学依据,以油得率为考察指标,采用单因素实验优化蟾蜍油的提取工艺,在此基础上以综合评价得分为考察指标,利用响应面法优化蟾蜍油乳膏制剂的制备工艺。结果显示:蟾蜍油的最优提取工艺为采用隔水蒸煮法,65 ℃下加热蟾蜍内脏糜30 min,6 000 r/min离心15 min,在此条件下蟾蜍油得率达829%;蟾蜍油乳膏制剂的固定处方为十六十八醇2 g、单硬脂酸甘油酯1 g、液体石蜡8 g、二甲基硅油2 g、尼泊金丙酯0.1 g、卡波姆U20 0.1 g、甘油7 g、月桂醇磷酸酯钾2 g、透明质酸1 g、尼泊金甲酯02 g、纯水57 g、蟾蜍油20.1 g、三乙醇胺0.1 g,采用该处方制备的蟾蜍油乳膏制剂具有良好的涂布性、吸收性和保湿性。综上,采用优化的固定处方成功开发出高质量的蟾蜍油乳膏制剂。 |

| To provide a scientific basis for clinical application of toad visceral oil (TVO), the extraction parameters of TVO were optimized via single-factor experiments with oil yield as the evaluation index. Subsequently, based on a comprehensive evaluation score, the preparation process of TVO cream formulation was optimized using response surface methodology. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions of TVO were water-bath heating at 65 ℃ for 30 min, followed by centrifugation at 6 000 r/min for 15 min, achieving an oil yield of 8.29%. The finalized cream formulation consisted of cetearyl alcohol (2 g), glyceryl monostearate (1 g), liquid paraffin (8 g), dimethicone (2 g), propylparaben (0.1 g), carbomer U20 (0.1 g), glycerol (7 g), potassium lauryl phosphate (2 g), hyaluronic acid (1 g), methylparaben (0.2 g), purified water (57 g), TVO (20.1 g), and triethanolamine (0.1 g). Creams formulation prepared with this formula demonstrated excellent spreadability, absorbability, and moisturizing properties. In conclusion, a high-quality TVO cream formulation can be successfully developed using the optimized fixed formulation. |
