| 针对成熟椰子剥壳挖肉过程中存在的工作效率低、安全性不高等问题，设计了一款椰子壳肉分离机。该椰子壳肉分离机主要由切割装置、夹持机械手和升降分度装置组成，对关键部件进行三维建模及力学分析计算，进而优化设计方案。以加工时间为指标，对椰子壳肉分离机的切削速度和进给速度进行了响应面试验及验证。结果表明：切削速度对加工时间的影响最大，其次为进给速度；在进给速度10.6 r/min、切削速度1 077 r/min的最优试验参数组合下，锯片沿椰壳径向进行3次均匀分布的环切，加工时间为50.2 s，随后可轻松撬开椰壳，获得完整球形椰肉，实现椰壳与椰肉分离。综上，设计的椰子壳肉分离机可安全高效地实现椰子壳肉分离。 |

| To address the issues of low work efficiency and insufficient safety during the shelling and meat extraction process of mature coconuts, a coconut shell and meat separator was designed. The separator consists of a cutting device, a clamping manipulator, and a lifting and indexing device. Key components were modeled in three dimensions and subjected to mechanical analysis and calculations to optimize the design scheme. Using processing time as the evaluation metric, response surface methodology and validations were conducted on the cutting speed and feed rate of the separator. The results indicated that cutting speed had greater impact on processing time, followed by feed rate. Under the optimal test parameter combination of a feed rate of 10.6 r/min and a cutting speed of 1 077 r/min, the saw blade performed three evenly distributed circumferential cuts radially along the coconut shell, with a processing time of approximately 50.2 s. The shell could then be easily pried open to obtain intact spherical coconut meat, achieving effective separation of the shell and meat. In summary, the designed coconut shell and meat separator can safely and efficiently realize the separation of coconut shell and meat. |
