| 旨在为保障我国芝麻供给安全，推动产业规模化、精深加工化的高质量发展提供参考，基于2015—2024年海关总署等数据，系统梳理了我国芝麻进口贸易的特征，深入剖析进口依赖成因，并提出针对性应对策略。我国芝麻进口贸易呈现规模不断扩大、以非种用芝麻为主和来源高度集中的特征。形成此进口特征的原因在于国内供需缺口持续扩大、进口芝麻性价比更具优势和国际贸易政策与合作的推动。为此，应采取强化国内种植端供给、优化进口布局、延伸产业链条等措施，以缩小供需缺口、降低供应链风险、增强产业抗风险能力，确保芝麻稳定供给。 |

| To provide a reference for ensuring the supply security of sesame in China and promoting high-quality development of industrial scale and deep processing, based on data from the General Administration of Customs of the People′s Republic of China and other sources from 2015 to 2024, the characteristics of China′s sesame import trade were systematically reviewed, the causes of import dependency were deeply analyzed, and targeted countermeasures were proposed. China′s sesame import trade is characterized by continuously expanding scale, a predominance of non-seed-grade sesame, and highly concentrated sources. These import patterns stem from persistently widening domestic supply-demand gaps, the superior cost-performance ratio of imported sesame and promoting of trade policy and cooperation. To this end, measures such as strengthening domestic cultivation supply, optimizing import layout,and extending the industrial chain should be taken to narrow the gap between supply and demand, reduce supply chain risks, enhance the industry′s ability to resist risks, and ensure a stable supply of sesame. |
