| 随着国家对环保管理要求的日益严格,大豆加工厂浸出过程中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的治理成为行业关注焦点。分析了大豆浸出工厂中的VOCs来源及组成、行业内外VOCs治理技术、树脂吸附技术原理与特点及其在大豆浸出VOCs治理中的应用及效果。应用实践表明,树脂吸附技术对VOCs具有高选择性吸附能力,树脂可循环再生并显著降低了二次污染,可实现大豆浸出工厂VOCs排放浓度的数量级下降,满足国家标准要求,同时实现溶剂回收利用,符合绿色循环经济发展理念,在大豆加工行业浸出 VOCs治理中展现出显著的工程适用性。 |

| With increasingly stringent national environmental management requirements, the control of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during the extraction process in soybean processing plants has become a key focus in the industry. The sources and composition of VOCs in soybean solvent extraction plants,VOCs treatment technologies in and outside the industry,the principles and characteristics of resin adsorption technology and its application and effect in the treatment of VOCs in soybean solvent extraction were analyzed. Practical applications demonstrated that the resin adsorption technology exhibited high selective adsorption capacity for VOCs. The resin could be regenerated and recycled, significantly reducing secondary pollution. It achieved a quantitative reduction in VOCs emission concentrations from soybean solvent extraction plants, meeting the national standards. Additionally, it enabled the recovery and reuse of solvents, aligning with the principles of green circular economy development. The resin adsorption technology demonstrates significant engineering applicability in managing VOCs from extraction processes in the soybean processing industry. |
