| 以高酸值米糠油为原料,在溶剂体系下利用Lipozyme 435脂肪酶催化制备甘一酯(MG).结果表明,有机溶剂叔丁醇体系下制备的MG含量最高.通过单因素试验和正交试验,得出了制备MG的最佳工艺条件为底物物质的量比1:6,米糠油与溶剂比1:2,酶添加量7％,反应时间6h,反应温度50℃.该条件下混合物中MG含量为66.82％.同时,对得到的MG混合物进行了提纯分析,分子蒸馏后MG纯度达到98.62％. |
