| 磷脂酰丝氨酸作为人类大脑的益智物质,已经得到了广泛关注.主要对磷脂酰丝氨酸的提取和纯化方法进行介绍.提取方法包括氛仿-甲醉法、叔丁基甲醚法、乙酸乙酯-乙醇法等.纯化的方法涉及薄层色谱法、柱色谱法、高效液相色谱法等.磷脂酰丝氨酸提取工艺复杂,需使用大量有机溶剂,今后需加强提取工艺的优化. |
