| 采用气相色谱/质谱联用仪对茶叶籽油和油茶籽油的成分进行检测分析.结果表明:两种油均检测出21种成分,主要成分相同;茶叶籽油中含9-羰基壬酸,油茶籽油含芥酸,可用以鉴别;茶叶籽油和油茶籽油中油酸含量分别为78.377%.73.201%,亚油酸含量分别为3.287%,4.170%. |
