      以花生粕为原料用枯草芽孢杆菌发酵制备花生抗氧化肽,为得到质量较好的抗氧化肽产品,采用DA201-C大孔吸附树脂对花生粕发酵超滤液进行了脱盐处理,大孔吸附树脂的动态吸附试验表明,在上样质量浓度为6 mg/mL、上样流速为1 mL/min时效果最好.吸附后的大孔吸附树脂用体积分数为25%、50%、75%、100%的乙醇溶液进行梯度洗脱,各洗脱组分的疏水性逐渐增大.同时75%乙醇洗脱组分的DPPH·清除率和还原能力最强.

      Antioxidative peptide was prepared from peanut meal by fermentation with Bacillus subtilis,and DA201-C macroporous resin was used to desalt the permeate obtained by ultrafiltration of fermentation broth so as to get better quality antioxidative peptide.Dynamic adsorption of macroporous resin showed that the adsorption capacity was influenced by the concentration of samples and the flow rate,and the best parameter was 6 mg/mL and 1 mL/min,respectively.After adsorption,the macroporous resin was eluted by etha...
