      对溶剂体系(正己烷)中玉米酒糟浸出高酸值玉米油(酸值(KOH)26.6 mg/g)的碱炼工艺进行研究。结果表明:在含油量为70%的溶剂体系中碱炼至玉米油酸值(KOH)为1.9~5.2 mg/g 时碱炼效果较优,此时碱炼玉米油中甘二酯含量为5.0%~6.1%(保留率可达73.5%~89.7%),磷脂含量低至118.1~133.4 mg/kg,精炼率可达78.0%左右,色泽也有明显的改善。因此,正己烷体系中的高酸值玉米油脱酸工艺具有独特的优点,具有良好的应用前景。

      The alkali refining process of high acid value corn oil (26.6 mgKOH/g) extracted from corn distillers dried grains with solubles was studied in solvent (hexane) system. The results showed that the alkali refining had better effect when the acid values of refined corn oils were between 1.9-5.2 mgKOH/g in the solvent system (oil content 70%), and under these conditions the contents of diacylglycerol in refined corn oils were 5.0%-6.1% (retention rates of diacylglycerol were 73.5%-89.7%), phospholipid contents reduced to 118.1-133.4 mg/kg, refining rate was about 78.0%, and the color was also improved obviously. Therefore, the deacidification process of high acid value corn oil in hexane system has unique advantages and a good prospect.
