| 采用平板分离法从三亚亚龙湾海水样品中，分离获得1株热带海洋产油脂微藻，油脂含量高达34.05%，油脂产量为0.184?g/L。利用扫描电镜形态观察与分子鉴定相结合的技术手段，确定了该热带海洋产油脂微藻属于双眉藻属的Amphora?Montana。 |
