      As a novel functional oil and fat,the physicochemical and healthy properties of medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride (MCT) have been noticed in recent years. At present,several large edible oil enterprises at home choose MCT as the top point of research and development. The overall progress,patent technology situation,key applicants and key patent technologies of MCT were introduced in detail to provide the detailed development situation report of MCT patent technology for the industry and enterprises of edible oil and fat in China.
