      针对现在市场上不断增加的食用油安全风险,利用风险分析和风险评估技术,尝试建立食用油的安全风险监测模型和风险控制方案,对风险进行监测,从而达到风险预警和风险及时处置的目的。参照该模型,企业可结合自身状况进行调整,对本企业的食用油安全状况进行安全风险监测,必要时及时采取有效措施,规避食用油产品遇到的安全风险,降低经营风险,避免引发企业危机。
英文摘要:
      For the increasing safety risk of edible oil in the market,the monitoring model of safety risk and risk control scheme of edible oil were attempted to establish to monitor the risks using risk analysis and risk assessment techniques so as to achieve the purpose of early warning and timely disposal of risk. Based on this model,enterprises could make adjustment combining with self situation to conduct the safety risk monitoring of edible oil security situation,and they could take timely and effective measures when necessary to evade the safety risk of edible oil products so as to reduce business risk and avoid inducing the enterprise crisis.
