      在传统植物油厂浸出生产过程中,往往会产生一定量的生产废水。这些废水主要为蒸脱机、汽提塔和蒸煮罐等喷入的直接蒸汽的冷凝水,并含有少量的粕末、溶剂和油。目前主要是在污水处理站通过废水生化法对这些废水进行综合处理,也有一些采用新型技术进行处理,但这些技术并不能从根本上减少浸出车间的生产废水排放量。通过采用生产废水零排放技术能将该部分废水进行回收利用,以达到消除浸出车间生产废水的目的。
英文摘要:
      In the extraction production process of traditional vegetable oil plant, a certain amount of production wastewater is produced. The wastewater mainly contains the condensate of direct steam from desolventizer-toaster, stripping tower and cooking tank and so on, also contains small amounts of fines, solvent and oil. The production wastewater is mainly treated by wastewater biochemical method in sewage treatment station at present, it can be treated by some novel technologies, but the production wastewater discharge from extraction workshop could not be reduced radically. The wastewater could be reused to achieve the goal of eliminating the production wastewater from extraction workshop by zero discharge technology of wastewater.
