      以罗汉果渣为原料,采用单因素实验和响应面实验优化超临界CO2萃取罗汉果渣油工艺。得到超临界CO2萃取罗汉果渣油最佳工艺参数为:萃取压力26.5 MPa,萃取温度45?℃,萃取时间233 h,CO2流量20 L/h,分离釜Ⅰ温度40?℃。在最佳工艺条件下,超临界CO2萃取罗汉果渣油萃取率6.68%。采用GC-MS对超临界CO2萃取罗汉果渣所得油脂进行成分分析,结果表明,超临界CO2萃取罗汉果渣所得油脂中亚油酸含量(30.78%)最高,其次是角鲨烯(16.81%),具有较大的开发价值。
英文摘要:
      The extraction conditions of oil from Siraitia grosvenorii residue by supercritical CO2.were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of Siraitia grosvenorii residue oil by supercritical CO2 were obtained as follows:extraction pressure 26.5 MPa,extraction temperature 45?℃,extraction time 2.33 h,flow rate of CO2 20 L/h and separation kettle Ⅰ temperature 40?℃.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate was 6.68%.The composition of Siraitia grosvenorii residue oil was analyzed by GC-MS,and the results demonstrated that the content of linoleic acid (30.78%) in Siraitia grosvenorii residue oil was the highest,followed by squalene (16.81%),which showed a great development value.
