      从沙棘果肉和文冠果种仁中提取油体蛋白,并进行双向电泳分析。结果表明:沙棘果肉和文冠果种仁的油体蛋白相对分子质量主要集中在10~60 kD之间;沙棘果肉油体蛋白双向电泳图谱至少含有281个蛋白点,文冠果种仁油体蛋白则至少含有248个蛋白点,两种木本油料的酸性蛋白点均多于碱性蛋白点,且蛋白点主要集中在等电点4.0~7.0之间。实验结果为进一步对沙棘和文冠果的油体蛋白质组学研究提供依据和基础。

      Oil body proteins were respectively extracted from seabuckthorn pulp and yellow horn kernel, and analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis. The results showed that the relative molecular weights of oil body proteins from seabuckthorn pulp and yellow horn kernel were mainly in the range of 10-60 kDa; two-dimensional electrophoresis could present the ideal picture of oil body proteins, in which 281 protein spots were found from oil body protein in seabuckthorn pulp and 248 protein spots were found from oil body protein in yellow horn kernel, respectively. The acidic protein spots of these two woody oil plants were more than alkaline protein spots, and the isoelectric points of most protein spots ranged from 4.0 to 7.0. The results provided scientific base for oil body proteomics of seabuckthorn and yellow horn.
