      利用超声波辅助SDS(十二烷基磺酸钠)/异辛烷-正辛醇反胶束体系萃取米糠蛋白。主要考察了料液比、SDS质量浓度、WO值、超声功率、前萃时间、增溶水pH和KCl浓度对米糠蛋白前萃率的影响。通过正交实验设计优化得到超声波辅助最佳萃取工艺条件为料液比0.015∶?1、SDS质量浓度0.08 g/mL、WO值30、超声功率225 W、前萃时间40 min、增溶水pH 7.5和KCl浓度0.25 mol/L。在最佳条件下,米糠蛋白前萃率为86.96%,比常规振荡萃取的高17.14个百分点。
英文摘要:
      Rice bran protein was extracted using sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)/isooctane-n-octanol assisted by ultrasound. The effects of ratio of material to liquid, mass concentration of SDS, water content(WO), ultrasonic power, forward extraction time, water pH and KCl concentration on the forward extraction rate of rice bran protein were investigated. The results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: ratio of material to liquid 0.015∶?1, mass concentration of SDS 0.08 g/mL, water content(WO) 30, ultrasonic power 225 W, forward extraction time 40 min, water pH 7.5, KCl concentration 0.25 mol/L. Under these conditions, the forward extraction rate of rice bran protein was 86.96%, increasing by 17.14 percentage points than forward extraction rate of common oscillation extraction.
