| 对黑果枸杞油中脂肪酸、植物甾醇组成及维生素A、维生素E的含量进行测定。结果表明:黑果枸杞油中不饱和脂肪酸含量为90.0%，其中油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸含量分别为17.9%、67.6%和40%；植物甾醇由β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇和豆甾醇组成，总含量为489.2 mg/100 g；维生素A和维生素E的含量分别为0.3 mg/100 g和46.3 mg/100 g。黑果枸杞油是一种具有开发价值的新型植物油。 |

| The compositions of fatty acid and phytosterols and the contents of vitamin A and vitamin E in Lycium ruthenicum Murr. oil were determined. The results showed that the content of unsaturated fatty acid in Lycium ruthenicum Murr. oil reached 90.0%. The contents of oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid were 17.9%, 67.6% and 4.0%, respectively. The content of phytosterols was 489.2 mg/100 g, which consisted of 尾-sitosterol, campesterol and stigmasterol. The contents of vitamin A and vitamin E were 0.3 mg/100 g and 46.3 mg/100 g, respectively. Therefore, Lycium ruthenicum Murr. oil was a novel vegetable oil with great development value. |
