      采用螺旋压榨法制油时,可以通过对其榨笼辅助加热实现对油料的预热。对于辅助加热方式,采用仿真法通过榨笼表面的温度求解来反向预测榨笼内表面温度,进而为榨膛内油料的预热温度提供参考。对比榨笼外表面测定位置的仿真温度和实测温度,误差范围在-3.5%~5.5%之间,表明仿真法可应用于辅助加热过程预测。应用此法,对应主压榨段榨笼内表面的温度范围为55.4~87.3?℃,能满足油料螺旋压榨的预热处理。
英文摘要:
      When screw press was used to produce oil, oilseeds was preheated through auxiliary heating of the press cage. For auxiliary heating mode, the simulation method was adopted to backward prediction by temperature of the cage outer surface to solve temperature of cage inner surface, which provides reference for process of preheating. The simulated temperature and measured temperature of the cage outer surface were compared. The error was in the range of -3.5%-5.5%, which indicated that the simulation method could be applied to predict auxiliary heating process. Appling this method, temperatures of the inner cage surface ranged from 55.4?℃ to 87.3?℃ in the main squeezing part, which satisfied the preheating treatment of oilseeds by screw pressing process.
